“Water changes everything” – charity: water
Over the last several years, WaterFilters.NET has been proud to support and partner with charity: water by offering a portion of our profits to its mission. The results of this financial support can be seen in the Ethiopian villages of May Shintro and Mai Gudguad, both of which are now blessed to have wells pumping clean water.
We are proud to share anything new from charity: water, but the video above is truly something. charity: water’s mission helps to bring clean water to communities in remote parts of the world, many of which have never had a clean water source within miles. This mission is accomplished primarily by digging and helping to maintain wells.
But what happens when the equipment used to dig the wells can’t even reach the community it’s trying to help? The answer is something truly amazing. See for yourself above – and remember – that every purchase you make at WaterFilters.NET helps to support stories just like this.

Meanwhile, staring next week, the city of Shreveport, Louisiana will begin using a free chlorine to help disinfect its clean water system.
In both cases, officials urge that drinking water is perfectly safe for consumption, despite the presence of flavor or odor issues. If you live in either area and are looking for water filters or filtration equipment that can help to reduce these issues in your home, I encourage you to call our customer service department at 1-888-801-PURE for helping in finding a system that meets your needs.
